A note on digital vs physical products: shop products are inventory-based physical SKUs. Your unlock services (IMEI, file, server) live in the core service catalog, not the shop. You can still sell service-like items through the shop using custom checkout fields such as IMEI or serial number.

Full multi-currency support

Sign-up payment methods can also be configured by country and by currency.

Admin-defined currencies: add any currency in Settings, under Currencies (USD, EUR, DZD, NGN, and more)
Conversion rates: each currency carries a rate against your base currency
Shop display: prices convert based on the visitor's session or the logged-in client's currency
Per-client currency rates: override rates for specific reseller clients
Per-product multi-currency pricing: set prices per currency on products and attributes
Gateway restricted currency: lock a payment method to one currency, and checkout converts automatically
Order currency stored: every order records the currency used at checkout

Payment gateways

Payment methods are configured once, in Sales under Payment Methods, and each gateway has channel toggles for Wholesale, Retail, and Shop. Any method enabled for Shop appears at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available as a built-in toggle in Ecommerce Settings.

Every gateway supports configurable fees (percentage plus flat), minimum and maximum limits, country blocks, and per-client assignment.

Methods without a dedicated shop handler (for example Bank Transfer) still work when enabled for the shop: the order is placed as pending payment with your configured payment instructions shown to the customer.

Is the e-commerce module included in every license?

The e-commerce module is an optional add-on for $100 on top of your GSM Tool V2 license. It is enabled on your license and then activated through your admin setup. Contact sales to add it to your license or to see it in the live demo.

Can I sell physical products with shipping?

Yes. The shop supports inventory tracking, product variations, weight and dimension based shipping fees, saved customer addresses, configurable shipping methods with country rules, and carrier integrations including Yalidine and Guepex with live fees, shipment creation, and tracking from admin.

Does the store support multiple currencies?

Yes. You can add any currency, set conversion rates against your base currency, price products per currency, override rates for specific reseller clients, and restrict individual payment gateways to a single currency with automatic conversion at checkout.

Which payment methods can my customers use at checkout?

Any gateway you enable for the shop channel, including PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, regional gateways such as Easy Paisa, Paytm, HubTel and Satim, crypto options including Binance Pay and USDT, internal wallet credits, and Cash on Delivery. Manual methods like bank transfer place the order as pending payment with your instructions.

Can I sell unlock services through the shop?

Unlock services (IMEI, file, and server) live in the core service catalog rather than the shop. For service-like items you want to merchandise in the store, you can add custom checkout fields such as IMEI or serial number to any product.
