When a customer places an order on your website, GSM Tool V2 automatically sends it to the connected supplier via API, tracks the processing status, receives the result when the supplier completes it, updates the order, and notifies your customer. Your role is to monitor, not to process each order by hand.

GSM Tool V2 is a web-based script that runs on your own hosting server (VPS or shared hosting with PHP and MySQL). No desktop software installation is required on your end or your customers' end - everything is accessed through a web browser. If you are switching from gsmtool.net or self-hosted Dhru Fusion, migration is currently free as a limited-time launch offer: our team moves your client accounts, services catalog, and order history where the source platform allows export, and confirms the exact scope with you in a free assessment first. GSM Tool V2 supports two ways to connect your upstream suppliers. Supplier Protocols let you connect any supplier running a compatible API format by entering the supplier's URL and your credentials. Direct Integrations give you pre-built connections to named suppliers such as Chimera, Z3X, and Easy Firmware, ready to enable from the admin panel. Everything is configured from Admin, under Manage API.

• GSM HUB: DHRU-variant used by GSM HUB suppliers
• Hot Fusion: legacy DHRU-style protocol

Because the DHRU ecosystem includes many clone and variant APIs, we connect with them out of the box, and if a supplier's variant ever causes an issue, our support team ships timely updates to keep your connections working. In short: if your supplier runs DHRU Fusion, DHRU Pro, GSM Fusion, or GSM Theme, you can usually connect them with just a URL and credentials, no custom development needed.

GSM Tool V2 offers a full e-commerce module as an optional add-on for $100 on top of your license, so you can sell physical products and service-like items through your own branded storefront with integrated checkout, billing, and client accounts. It supports inventory and product variations, shipping methods and carrier integrations, full multi-currency pricing, and more than 30 payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, crypto, and regional methods. Yes. Supplier pricing syncs through the API integration, so your service prices can update automatically based on your supplier's current rates and the margins you set, with no manual repricing across your catalog.

Yes. GSM Tool V2 includes an automatic order routing engine that sends each IMEI order to the optimal supplier without manual intervention. The auto-pricing system lets you set your own markup rules so the correct selling price is calculated automatically for each service offered to your clients.

Yes. GSM Tool V2 includes a built-in reseller management system. You can create reseller accounts, set custom pricing tiers for each reseller, and allow them to place orders directly on your platform. All reseller orders flow through the same automated routing and billing pipeline.

GSM Tool V2 is a one-time license payment. You pay once and own your license, with no monthly fees. After your included 6 months of support ends, your platform keeps running with no further payments required. Continued updates and support are optional, not forced.

Your platform keeps working, nothing stops or expires. If you want continued updates or assistance, we keep it flexible so you only pay for what you need:

• 12 months of support and updates: $250, currently $200
• 6 months of support and updates: $125, currently $100
• One-time support: $50, for a single issue, and it also brings your license up to the latest script version regardless of how far behind you are

There is no forced renewal. Many customers run for months without a plan and just pick up one-time support when they need it.

Yes. Updates are included for the duration of your active license. When we release new features, improvements, or security fixes, they are made available to all active license holders at no extra charge.

Billing errors such as duplicate or unauthorized transactions are corrected, and nothing in our policy limits rights required by applicable law. Security is built in, not added later. The platform includes two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator), Telegram code login verification, encrypted sessions, secure API communication with suppliers, and role-based access control so staff only see what you allow.
